Then Complete 7 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
1 Conventional Deadlift
3 Weighted Pull-Ups
3 Log Clean & Presses
:30 Second Static “L” Sit Hold
40 Double Unders

Then Speed Strict Log Press
3 Reps with 70% of your 1RM, rest 15 seconds between rounds, completed 15 Rounds
