:30 Seconds work, :30 Seconds Rest for 10 Minutes of Kettlebell Swings. Use the heaviest Kettlebell you have access to.
Then Load a Barbell with 60% of your 1RM and Complete 3 Speed Reps (Explosively as possible) of Conventional Deadlifts at the top of Every minute for 10 Minutes. Complete as many reps as possible on your last minute.
Then Complete 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
5 Farmers Walk Handle Deadlifts
8 Stiff Legged Deadlifts
10Ab Ring Layouts
50 Double Unders (If you mess up, start back over at 1)
