2 Minutes Rotational Deadlifts

2 Minutes Burpee Lateral Jumps

3 Minutes Rotational Deadlifts

3 Minutes Burpee Lateral Jumps

 

Then 6 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round

6 Good Mornings

3 -2" Axle Clean & Presses

10 -2" Axle Sumo Deadlifts

30 Overhead Floor Presses

:40 Seconds Battle Ropes (:10 Seconds waves, 3 Slams, :10 Seconds waves, 3 Slams, etc...)

10 Medicine Ball Sit-Ups (Throw the ball as high as you can at the top of each rep)
