Complete 5 "Hand Release" Burpees.  Use the remainder of the minute to complete as man alternating Dumbbell Turkish Get-Ups as Possible.

Continue to do this until you complete 100 Total Turkish Get-Ups


Then 6 Rounds, adding Weight Every Round

5 Conventional Deadlifts

5 Weighted Wide Grip Pull-Ups

5 Log Clean & Presses

15 Banded Decline Sit-Ups

Run 800 Meters As Fast As You Can
