At the top of every minute for 12 Minutes complete 3 - 2" Axle Push Jerks. Use the remainder of the minute to add weight and rest.

The Complete 6 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round 
3 Box Squats
3 Barbell Bent Over Rows
3 Barbell Flat Bench Press
10 Ab Wheel Roll-Outs
Row 250 Meters

Then Load a Barbell with 50% of Your Heaviest set of Box Squats from above. At the top of Every Minute For 10 Minutes, complete 4 Box Squats
