1 Burpee Pull-Up 
1 Handstand Push-Up 
2 Burpees Pull-Ups 
2 Handstand Push-Ups 
3 Burpees Pull-Ups 
3 Handstand Push-Ups 
4 Burpees Pull-Ups 
4 Handstand Push-Ups 
Continue to add a rep every round until you reach the 13 Minute Time Limit 

Then Complete 7 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round 
Conventional Deadlifts 
Weighted Pull-Ups
Log Clean & Press
10 Ring "Skin the Cat"s
Sprint 600 Meters
