30 Pull-Ups

100 Foot Sandbag Clean and Throw – Bear walk sprint to the bag between throws

20 Bent Over Barbell Rows (Double Overhand Grip only) with your bodyweight on the Bar (2" Axle)

20 Floor Presses with your bodyweight on the Bar (2" Axle)

20 Pull-Ups
