Hold Top of Ring Dip – 45 seconds
Ring Dips – Max reps


Then, 6 Rounds, Adding weight every round

3 Deadlifts

3 Weighted Pull-Ups

3 Log Clean & Press (First rep from the floor)

8 Full Contact twists (Each Side)
