10 Overhead Squats With 50% of your bodyweight on the bar

10 Dumbbell Weighted Jumping Lunges (Each Side)

10 Dumbbell Weighted Jumping Squats

Run 400 Meters Holding a 25lb Medicine Ball

 

7 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round

3 Conventional Deadlifts

3 Barbell Bent Over Rows

3 Barbell Flat Bench Presses

10 Dumbbell “Y” Raises *

20 Russian Dumbbell Swings

50 Double Unders

*Dumbbell “Y” Raises: Position yourself face down on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand.  Raise dumbbells as high as you can out in front of your body (Creating a “Y”). Pause for a full second at the top of each rep.
