10 Minute Plank. On Your Hands, No Elbows.   

Then 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 10 Reps (100 Total) 
Floor Presses with you bodyweight on the bar
Single Leg Bulgarian Split Squats with 90% of your bodyweight on the bar (100 Reps each side)

Then, at the top of every minute for 15 Minutes, Sprint 200 Meters. Take the remainder of the minute to walk or rest.
