5 Sprawl Heavybag Flips

5 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls with 80% of your bodyweight on the bar

6 Heavybag Over the Shoulder

15’ Handstand Walk or 12 Handstand Push-Ups

 

Work up to a 2RM Rack Deadlift. Between attempts complete:
8 Dumbbell Arnold Presses

8 Barbell Land Mines (Each Side)

8 Lumberjack Squats (Each Side)

60 Meter Sandbag Carry (Bear Hug Position)
