Ring Dips

Seated Good Mornings with your bodyweight on the bar

Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlifts

Weighted Hallow Rocks


Sprints on the Rower.  :30 Seconds Work / :30 Seconds Rest for 10 Minutes.  Goal Distance is 2200 Meters.


Then Load a Barbell with your Bodyweight and complete

30 Power Cleans

30 Snatches

30 Overhead Squats

Break this up into whatever rep and set schemes you want.
