10 Pull-Ups

10 Handstand Push-Ups

20 Step-Ups on a 20” Box with a 135lb Barbell in the Front Rack Position

10 Burpee Box Jumps – 20” Box


7 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round

3 Power Cleans

3 Weighted Chin-Ups

3 Standing Single Arm Barbell Overhead Press

20 Windshield Wipers

10 Barbell Turkish Get-Ups


Then load a Barbell with 40% of your 1RM Power Clean & Press and add 45lb chains to each side. 

Complete 15 Rounds of 3 Reps

Rest 15 Seconds Between Sets
