Then Work your way up to 85% of your 1 Rep Maximum Deadlift. Once there and warmed up, complete as many reps as possible at that weight in 10 Minutes.

Each rep must be picked up and lowered individually. Each rep must begin from a dead stop. No “touch and go” - No dropping of weights.  Shoot for a goal of at least 30 reps in the 10 minutes.
