Wednesday, 12March2014 - Work For Today

 

Get a mouth full of water. Then complete 8 rounds (4:00) minutes of :20 Seconds work / :10 Seconds rest with sprints WITHOUT swallowing the water.  Walk for your rest intervals. Spit the water out after you are done.

 

Then Complete as many Burpee Pull-Ups as you can in 10 Minutes.

 

10 Rounds

5 Front Squats

10 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows (Each Side)

10 Single Arm Dumbbell Incline Press (Each Side)

10 Toes To Bar

50 Jumping Lunges
