Start in standing position.
Drop and complete 1 Push-Up. Stand Back Up
Drop and complete 2 Push-Ups. Stand Back Up
Drop and complete 3 Push-Ups. Stand Back Up
Continue this pattern until you hit 20 push-ups. Try to complete this in less than 7 minutes.
Then, 100 Pull-Ups. But every time you drop off the bar, complete a 30 Meter gator walk and 200 Flutter kicks.
Then 8 Rounds, adding weight every round

6 Rack Deadlifts
8 Barbell Overhead Side Bends
10 Star Shrugs
8 Ab Ring Layouts
Run 400 Meters
