*Wear a 50lb weight vest for this entire workout – If you do not own a vest, put 40lbs in a backpack.

At the top of every minute for 10 Minutes complete

5 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

15 Squats

3 Pull-Ups

8 Push-Ups

10 Squats

 Then Run 1.5 Miles as fast as you can (Still wearing your vest)

 

Then 5 Rounds, Adding weight every round

5 Semi-Supinated Weighted Pull-Ups

5 Single Arm Semi-Supinated Dumbbell Overhead Press (Each Side)

8 Plate Around the Head (Each Side)

8 Barbell Shrugs

8 Lying Dumbbell external rotations (Each Side)

40 Meter Heavy bag Carry (In Locked out Overhead Position)

Run 500 Meters
