Get as far as you can in 20 Minutes

1 Pull-Up

2 Burpees

3 Handstand Push-Ups

4 MMA Get-Ups

5 Jumping Lunges (Each Side)

 

2 Pull-Ups

3 Burpees

4 Handstand Push-Ups

5 MMA Get-Ups

6 Jumping Lunges (Each Side)

 

3 Pull-Ups

4 Burpees

5 Handstand Push-Ups

6 MMA Get-Ups

7 Jumping Lunges (Each Side)

 

Continue to add 1 Rep to each exercise every round.  Get as far as you can in 20 minutes with as little rest as possible

 

Then Lift 7,000lbs in as few reps as possible.  Add weight each round.  Only 1 Rep per exercise per round.

1 Front Squat

1 Power Clean

1 Stiff Legged Deadlift
