50 Double Unders.  But if you mess up, start back at your first rep

20 Pull-Ups

20 Handstand Push-Ups

20 Medicine Ball Oblique Wall Throws (Each Side)

50 Double Unders.  But if you mess up, start back at your first rep

15 Pull-Ups

15 Handstand Push-Ups

15 Medicine Ball Oblique Wall Throws (Each Side)

50 Double Unders.  But if you mess up, start back at your first rep

10 Pull-Ups

10 Handstand Push-Ups

10 Medicine Ball Oblique Wall Throws (Each Side)

 

Then Squats with your bodyweight on the bar. At the top of every minute add 2 reps.

Minute 1: 2 Squats

Minute 2: 4 Squats

Minute 3: 6 Squats

Minute 4: 8 Squats

Continue this pattern until you hit 10 Minutes/ 20 reps.

 

Then 8 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round

3 Weighted Pull-Ups

3 Barbell Push-Press

10 Toes to Bar
