As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes

Drop into front leaning rest position.  Complete 1 Burpee, 1 Squat, 1 Push-Up. Return to standing position.

Drop into front leaning rest position.  Complete 2 Burpees, 2 Squats, 2 Push-Ups. Return to standing position.

Drop into front leaning rest position.  Complete 3 Burpees, 3 Squats, 3 Push-Ups. Return to standing position.

Drop into front leaning rest position.  Complete 4 Burpees, 4 Squats, 4 Push-Ups. Return to standing position.

Continue adding 1 rep every round. Get as far as you can in 10 Minutes.

 

3 Minutes Work/ 1 Minute Rest for 6 Rounds

3 Curtis P’s**

4 Barbell Snatches

5 “L” Sit Pull-Ups

6 Burpee Lateral Jumps

7 Medicine Ball Squat Slams

30 Double Unders

**Curtis P’s: Power Clean the bar from the floor, Lunge Right Leg, Lunge Left Leg (Both sides from front rack position), Overhead Press, return bar to the floor = 1 Rep

 

Then 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round

5 Squats

5 Weighted Pull-Ups

5 Single Arm Dumbbell Clean & Presses (Each Side)

5 Barbell Shrugs

20 Glute Ham Raise Sit-Ups
