10 Power Cleans

Run 400 Meters

 

Then, Take as Many Rounds As Needed to Hit a 3RM Deadlift.  Between Attempts.

20 Walking Lunges (10 Each Side - Front Rack Position)

20 Ring Dips

20 Windshield Wipers (10 Each Side)

10 Heavybag Get-Ups (5 Each Side)
