Toes to Bar

Burpee Lateral Jumps

 

8 Rounds, Adding weight every round

3 Squats

3 Weighted Pull-Ups

3 Bradford Presses (Clean first rep from the floor)

8 Windshield Wipers (Each Side)

Heavy Bag Sprints – 3 Flights of Stairs
