10 Minute Plank. Every time you break position, complete 5 Burpee Broad Jumps as penalty. No rest after the Burpees. Get right back into the front leaning rest position and restart the clock.  No elbows.

 

Then, Load a Barbell with your bodweight + 50lbs.  At the top of every minute for 20 minutes, complete:

Minute 1/ 1 Deadlift

Minute 2/ 2 Deadlifts

Minute 3/ 3 Deadlifts

Minute 4/ 4 Deadlifts

Minute 5/ 5 Deadlifts

Minute 6/ 6 Deadlifts

Minute 7/ 7 Deadlifts

Continue this pattern until you hit 20 Minutes/ 20 Deadlifts

 

Then, 5 Rounds

15 Inverted Ring Rows

15 Ring Dips

8 30” Box Jumps

12 Incline Dumbbell Bench Presses

10 Barbell or Ab Wheel Roll Outs
