STRENGTH - Super Sets
6 Sets of 4 Front Squats @ 70% of your 1RM
9 Sets of 2 Power Cleans @ 80% of your 1RM
10 Ab Wheel Rollouts Between Sets

EVENTS
At the top of every minute for 12 Minutes, Complete a 50 Foot Yoke Walk.  Add Weight accordingly.
