STRENGTH
10 Sets of 2 Paused Flat Bench Presses @ 80% of your 1RM
1:00 Minute Rest Between Rounds

GIANT SETS - 5, 5, 5, 3, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1 Reps.  Add Weight Appropriately

Incline Log Bench Presses
10 Toes to Bar
