Then take 10 Minutes to Find a 2RM “Z” Press.  Once you have found that number, cut it by 50% and Complete A full 8 Rounds (4:00 Minutes) of Tabata “Z” Presses
 
STRENGTH – 10 Rounds
2 Flat Bench Presses @ 85% of your 1RM
2 Beltless Deficit Deadlifts – Add Weight Every Round
10 Dragon Flags
 
EVENTS - At the Top of Every Minute for 10 Minutes, Complete
2 Circus Dumbbell Clean & Presses (Left Side)
2 Circus Dumbbell Clean & Presses (Right Side)
