CONDITIONING - As Many Rounds As Possible
50 Foot Prowler Push
8 Ball Slam/Box Jumps (Perform 1 Ball Slam then Jump onto a box while holding the medicine ball)
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
