CONDITIONING
30, 25, 20, 15 Reps of:
Chin-Ups
Handstand Push-Ups
Double unders x2 (i.e. 30 = 60 Double Unders, 25 = 50...etc)

STRENGTH - Load a Barbell with 50% of your 1RM Squat Clean and position yourself in front of a running clock.
Minute 1: 2 Squat Cleans
Take the remainder of the minute to add 10lbs and rest.
Minute 3: 2 Squat Cleans
Take the remainder of the minute to add 10lbs and rest.
Minute 5: 2 Squat Cleans
Take the remainder of the minute to add 10lbs and rest.
Minute 7: 2 Squat Cleans
Take the remainder of the minute to add 10lbs and rest.

Continue this pattern for 21 minutes.
