STRENGTH - 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round
3 Weighted Pull-Ups
10 Dips
2 Beltless Deficit Deadlifts (3" Deficit)
10 Glute Ham Raises
10 Ab Wheel Roll-Outs

EVENTS - 10 Minutes
Bumper Plate Farmer's Walks.  Every time you drop the plates, complete 5 Burpees on the spot.  As soon as your burpees are complete, immediately pick the plates back up.  Continue this pattern until the full 10 Minutes has expired.
