At the top of Every Minute for 10 Minutes, complete a 50 Foot Yoke Walk.  Manipulate weight as you go, but focus on SPEED, not weight.

10 Glute Ham Raises
10 Glute Ham Raise Sit-Ups

At the Top of Every Minute for 12 Minutes, Complete 1 - 15 Foot Rope Climb (Arms Only)
