CONDITIONING – At the Top of Every :45 Seconds for 20 Rounds. 
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Bodyweight Squats

STRENGTH
Axle Deadlift 7,000lbs as fast as possible with nothing but single reps.  You choose the weights and whatever style you wish.  Just get it done in as few reps as possible.
