CONDITIONING
20 Pull-Ups
20 Deficit Handstand Push-Ups
20 Dimel Deadlifts with 40% of your 1RM On the Bar
100 Double Unders
15 Pull-Ups
15 Deficit Handstand Push-Ups
15 Dimel Deadlifts with 50% of your 1RM On the Bar
100 Double Unders
10 Pull-Ups
10 Deficit Handstand Push-Ups
10 Dimel Deadlifts with 60% of your 1RM On the Bar
100 Double Unders

Then Get a mouthful of water.  Perform 10 Minutes of sprints (:20 Seconds Work / :10 Seconds Rest for 20 Rounds).  Spit out the water when ALL Sprints are completed.
