150 Foot Bumper Plate Farmer's Walk
20 KettleBell Goblet Squats

STRENGTH 
Take 20 Minutes to find a 3RM Overhead Squat.  

Then Every Minute On the Minute, Complete 3 Traditional Snatches With 50% of your Heaviest Overhead Squat weight from above. Do this for 12 Minutes
