100 Thrusters with 80% of your bodyweight on the bar.  Every time you drop the bar, complete 3 Burpee Lateral Jumps as a penalty

10 - 50 Foot Yoke Walks, adding weight every round.  If your time is less than 9 Seconds, add weight.  If it is greater than 11 Seconds, subtract weight.

Then work up to a 1RM Simulated Car Deadlift
