GIANT SETS - 6 Rounds, Adding weight every round until you find a 1RM Paused Bench Press for the Day
10 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows (Each Side)
1 Paused Bench Press
10 Toes to Bar

* Immediately after your heaviest Paused Bench press of the Day, strip the weight down to 50% of that number and complete As Many Reps As Possible (See above video)
