Deck of Cards Workout: Complete the number of reps corresponding with the number on the card.  All Face Cards = 10 Reps, Aces = 11.  

Hearts: Double Unders x3 (Queen = 30 reps, 7 of Hearts = 21 reps, 3 of Hearts = 9 reps, etc.) 

Spades: Dumbbell Snatches (Card Number Represents the Number of reps PER side) 

Diamonds: Handstand Push-Ups

Clubs: Pull-Ups

Joker 1: Tabata (20 Seconds Work, 10 Seconds off for 8 Rounds) Burpee Lateral Jumps

Joker 2: Tabata (20 Seconds Work, 10 Seconds off for 8 Rounds) Single Arm Dumbbell Swings
