Then Load up a Barbell in the Squat Rack with Your Bodyweight. At the Top of Every Minute, Complete 2 More reps:
Minute 1: 2 Reps
Minute 2: 4 Reps
Minute 3: 6 Reps
Continue this Pattern Until you hit 10 Minutes/ 20 Reps. For every minute you fall short, complete a full round of leg blasters as penalty.
Leg Blasters = 20 Squats, 20 Lunges, 20 Jumping Lunges, 20 Jumping Squats
Then 5, 5 ,3 ,3, 1, 1, 1 Reps of
