3 Dumbbell Turkish Get-Ups (Left Side)

3 Dumbbell Turkish Get-Ups (Right Side)

 

Then 5 Rounds, Adding Weight Every Round

5 Bulgarian Split Squats (Each Side)

6 Arnold Presses

8 Behind the Back Shrugs

60 Meter Sandbag Carry (Bear Hug Position)
