10 Prisoner Squats

10 Jumping Lunges (Each Side)

 

Then Load up a Barbell with your bodyweight and complete 20, 15, 10, 5 Reps of

Front Squats

Stiff Legged Deadlifts

Bent Over Rows

Floor Presses

Windshield Wipers (Each Side)

*Sprint 400 Meters Between Rounds
