Then Take as Many Rounds as Needed to hit a 5 Rep Maximum Deadlift. Between Attempts Complete:

10 Hand Reaching Pull-Ups

10 Handstand Push-Ups

10 Toes to Bar

10 Burpee Lateral Jumps
