At the top of the minute for 8 minutes complete 3 Reps of the prescribed exercise. Use the remainder of the minute for rest and to add weight.  Complete all 24 reps (8 Minutes) of one exercise before moving on to the next.  Continually add weight in the remainder of the minute with the intention of hitting a new 3RM within the given 8 minutes.

Barbell Clean and Press -- Complete all 8 minutes before moving onto:

Conventional Deadlift -- Complete all 8 minutes before moving onto: 

Flat Barbell Bench Press -- Complete all 8 minutes before moving onto: 

Weighted Pull-Ups -- Complete all 8 minutes before moving onto:
